Registration: additional info and tips!

The camper’s rising grade level will determine which camps appear. For example, if your camper will be entering 3rd grade, camps for 4th-6th graders will not appear.

Be especially careful not to overlap camps; for example, two half-day camps for your camper’s age level may occur at the same time. The system does not guard against this.

Use the “BACK” button at the bottom of the page if you need to add, change or check something from a previous page. If you click the arrow to go back from your browser, you will lose any information entered.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS  Unfortunately, the system will not allow you to pay for registrations together; each child must be paid for separately.

CASH/CHECK PAYMENTS  The site will give you a code if you want to pay by cash or check. However, you must also choose the “NONE” option on the payment page. Should you choose not to pay online, all payments must be sent to Tammy Stone-Conrad at the school*, not to the business office. Checks should be made to Powhatan Summer Camps. BUS  Currently, the site is set up to accept up to 14 bus riders per week. If it appears as full and you would like bus service, add your name to the waitlist. This can affect our bus situation. There is no bus service for Specialty Sports.

DeISCOUNTS, ETC  If you won a week of camp at an auction, or received a coupon from the Summer Camp Fair, you must register through April Burke or Tammy Stone-Conrad. Please make your choices (include a second choice just in case), then contact one of us and we will assist you. Specialty Sports Camps are not included.
